Snake Tongue are heading out on an 8 day tour through Germany, Czech Republic and Slovenia. This is the bands third time in Germany and they have been much appreciated for their intense shows. This spring Snake Tongue released their debute album Raptor’s Breath that brought a lot of good reviews and attention for this ”new” band. But, the members have a long list of previous bands and experience.
Snake Tongue are here to sonically run you over!

“The mixture of Crust, Hardcore, Grindcore and Metal is very efficient and should appeal to fans of NAPALM DEATH on Melvins to EYEHATEGOD. SNAKE TONGUE be able definitely to interact with “Raptor’s Breath” a considerable fanbase. We’ll see where the journey with the guys going. “ – Reaperzine.de
” Brutal, chaotic and violent. Sometimes flashes of classical elements, which, according to paint the extreme contrast between aggression and appeasement. In essence, however, there are no prisoners, no mercy. Indeed: the band is on the brink of total insanity.” – underdog-fanzine.de
“It’s like all the intensity of the high speed chases in Mad Max Fury Road crammed into less than half an hour. From the first note till the last, they hold you in a stranglehold that leaves you breathless in the end. Definitely for fans of modern hardcore and crust punk with a touch of extreme metal. They actually reminded me a lot of Kvelertak, but without the groovy swinging rock ‘n’ roll touch. I don’t dare to give anything less than 8/10, just in case they figure out where I live. Awesome!” – grimmgent.com
I began my writing career in the year of 2012 due to my love for the metal community, and have since moved onto a second role as the Tech-Wiz of PoM - taking good care of our website. My favourite music genres are Progressive Metal in all its different shapes and Melodic Death Metal.
