One of the big European bashes this year will certainly be GRASPOP METAL MEETING!

Looking at the billing, the top names are the almighty BLACK SABBATH who are about to say farewell to their fans with their last tour, the unbeatable IRON MAIDEN,  Denmark’s proud sons VOLBEAT, the uber-lords of thrash, SLAYER, their fellow Big Four colleagues MEGADETH and ANTHRAX, as well as one of the biggest thrash names of the second wave of US thrash, TESTAMENT.

The immensely strong billing also includes the mighty Norsemen AMON AMARTH, TWISTED SISTER, our Portuguese faves MOONSPELL, NIGHTWISH, OBITUARY, OVERKILL, PARADISE LOST, SACRED REICH, SAXON and many, many more.

Three days of madness in Belgium, anyone? I think we’ll make the effort to go and check it out!
