CATTLE DECAPITATION premieres new video for “Clandestine Ways (Krokodil Rot)” via Metal Hammer Germany!
After recently completing a European tour with Suffocation and Abiotic, CATTLE DECAPITATION has returned home to release their new video for ‘Clandestine Ways (Krokodil Rot)’, from their latest album, ‘The Anthropocene Extinction‘. Directed once again by Mitch Masse (mitchmassie.com; who also directed the band’s video for ‘Your Disposal’), ‘Clandestine Ways (Krokodil Rot)’ is another visual feat in the band’s notorious filmography. Travis Ryan (vocals) comments: “Mitch Massie once again hurls us into a nightmarish world of the eye for an eye table turning that Cattle Decapitation lyrics exude, but this time in a much more surreal manner. Here we see the circus has come to town and with it a grisly ‘freaks’ exhibit featuring the barbaric aftermath of what the protagonists (the ‘Ringmaster’ and a freed ‘specimen’) have done to the leading researchers at Cosmeugenics Laboratories – a place where Cosmetics testing is performed on earthen creatures all in the name of Human vanity – but this time by completely incorrectly administering the clandestine, flesh-eating drug ‘krokodil’. I’ll leave out the horrific details as you’ll have to see that for yourself!“

Nach ihrer jüngsten Europatour mit Suffocation und Abiotic sind CATTLE DECAPITATION nach Hause zurück gejettet und mit einem Clip zu ‘Clandestine Ways (Krokodil Rot)’ aus dem Quark gekommen, der von ihrem aktuellen Album ‘The Anthropocene Extinction‘ stammt. Mitch Masse (mitchmassie.com; war auch verantwortlich für ‘Your Disposal’) führte Regie bei ‘Clandestine Ways (Krokodil Rot)’, einem weiteren visuellen Geniestreich in der grellen Videografie der Band. Der Zirkus ist in der Stadt und hat eine fiese Freakshow mitgebracht, die über die Forscher eines Kosmetiktest-Labors herfallen. Selbige führen im Namen menschlicher Eitelkeit Experimente an Tieren durch – aber nun wird irrtümlicherweise das Fleisch auflösende Mittel ‘Krokodil’ verabreicht.
