“The Man With Stars On His Knees” is coming out very soon, and a huge influence on the record came from 90’s rock. Alice In Chains, Foo Fighters, Soundgarden, The Smashing Pumpkins and Pearl Jam amongst others all played their part in influencing this record alongside a band that had killer grooves and some top-class songs; Stone Temple Pilots. Here’s a tip of the hat in their direction recorded at Plus 11 Recording Studio  long live the legacy of Scott Weilland [1967 – 2015] – This is Creep from the 1992 “Core” album. Inspired by the MTV sessions.“ – Aaron Buchanan And The Cult Classics

Aaron Buchanan And The Cult Classics recently toured with InMe and released their debut single, All The Things You’ve Said And Done, taken from their forthcoming debut album “The Man With Stars On His Knees”.

After leaving Heaven’s Basement, Aaron formed The Cult Classics with his sister Laurie Buchanan on guitar, Tom McCarthy (guitar) Chris Guyatt (bass) and Kev Hickman (drums), as he  “wanted to be true to the art in my mind, and the sound I echo is the sound I want to be heard in this moment right now. I’m proud to fly the flag for something a little different.”

Aaron Buchanan And The Cult Classics have the hunger to take on the greats and armed with this fine debut they are sure to rise above cult status soon!
