Bell<\/b> and guitarist Dino Cazares<\/b>, and co-produced by long-time collaborator Rhys Fulber. <\/b>The album was <\/b>mixed by famed British producer and engineer, Andy Sneap<\/b> (ARCH ENEMY<\/b>, TESTAMENT<\/b>, EXODUS<\/b>, MACHINE HEAD<\/b>). Artwork was once again handled by artist Anthony Clarkson<\/b>.
