Fantasy plays no part in From The Wolves\u2019 lyrical influences as they are inspired by \u201clife experiences and anything we strongly believe in.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Layne feels that From The Wolves\u2019 sound is evolving rapidly. \u201cWe have grown a lot as a band, when we started, we were mainly writing with a more \u2018hardcore\u2019 style as you can hear with songs like \u2018Empty Promises\u2019, \u2018Sheep\u2019 and \u2018Antagonist\u2019 but we were always pushing for metalcore with \u2018Legacy\u2019. \u2018Dead End Horizons\u2019 and the latest song, \u2018Calloused\u2019. We have come a long way when it comes to song-writing and how we structure songs\u2026We are influenced by a ton of different styles of metal. The main influences for us would have to be metalcore, deathcore and everything in between.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“A Cold Embrace,” is metal to the core. \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/em>With an intense mixture of hardcore and metal, “A Cold Embrace,” features amazing music, amazing song writing and amazing intensity…The vocals, riffs and backend bass and drums, are technically on point and make this an amazing EP. \u00a0From the churning guitar on “Dead End Horizon,” to the technical masterpiece, “No Miracles,” this EP has an intense vibe running through it that sounds like\u00a0a prison riot set to music and that means, it kicks ass. \u00a0No matter if you like hardcore, metalcore, metal, etc, “A Cold Embrace,” is a big sounding EP from a band with a big future and\u00a0a Bro-Metal rating of, 9\/10″ – Bro Metal<\/span><\/b><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
