Russian\u00a0atmospheric\/depressive black metal band\u00a0TAIGA<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0are streaming\u00a0their third studio\u00a0album ‘Sky’<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0that was released\u00a0on\u00a0September 16th via Symbol of Domination, a sub-label of Satanath Records. The album tells the story\u00a0about\u00a0those moments in\u00a0life when people are aware of their own insignificance and can not overcome the emotional pain. Everyday is torture for them, loneliness guards their cage where\u00a0they feel there is no escape.\u00a0In hope of change, they turn\u00a0their eyes to the sky.<\/p>\n

TAIGA was founded in the Siberian city of Tomsk by Nikolai Seredov from the thrash band “\u0421\u0442\u0430\u0445\u0430\u043d\u043e\u0432\u0446\u044b” (Stakhanovtsi) and the funeral doom band “Funeral Tears” along with\u00a0Andrey Chernov, guitarist of the military\/martial industrial metal band “Panzertank”. In December 2013, they released their first two songs, “\u0417\u0430 \u0447\u0435\u0440\u0442\u043e\u0439” and “\u041d\u0430 \u0431\u0438\u0442\u043e\u043c \u0441\u0442\u0435\u043a\u043b\u0435”, which marked the beginning of the project. People suffering from mental disorders caused by public misunderstanding, undivided love and their own weakness are the main influence in TAIGA’s lyrics. In January 2014, TAIGA released their the first EP called “\u0422\u044b \u0432\u0441\u0451 \u0435\u0449\u0451 \u0434\u044b\u0448\u0438\u0448\u044c” (You Are Still Breathing), which was immediately followed by another EP in\u00a0February 2014, entitled “\u041f\u0440\u0430\u0445 \u043a \u043f\u0440\u0430\u0445\u0443” (Ashen To Ashen). With great feedback on their EPs, TAIGA revealed their debut full length “Ashen Light” during March 2014. The album featured new arranged\u00a0tracks from the first two EPs\u00a0and\u00a0was co-released by labels\u00a0Satanath Record, Metallic Media and and Le Cr\u00e9puscule Du Soir Productions. In 2015, they released their second album “Gaia” via labels\u00a0Symbol Of Domination and Metallic Media. In 2016, band\u00a0recruited\u00a0Aleksey “Satanath” Korolyov as their keyboardist\/ambient sound maker to add to their\u00a0mystic atmosphere.
