With the premiere of ‘Pride In Prejudice,’<\/b> SLAYER <\/b>complete the \u00bbRepentless\u00ab<\/b> music video trilogy.<\/div>\n

The first video, ‘Repentless,’<\/b> was released 9\/11\/15 and has accumulated nearly 9.8 million views to date. It introduced us to Wyatt<\/b>, the eyepatched rebel inmate (Jason Trost<\/b> (\u00bbHatchet III\u00ab<\/b>)), and a host of nefarious prisoners played by some of today’s most iconic horror film actors including Danny Trejo<\/b> (\u00bbMachete,\u00ab<\/b> \u00bbFrom Dusk Till Dawn\u00ab<\/b>), Tony Moran<\/b> (\u00bbHalloween\u00ab<\/b>‘s Michael Myers<\/b>, \u00bbAmerican Poltergeist\u00ab<\/b>),\u00a0Derek Mears<\/b> (\u00bbPredators,\u00ab<\/b> \u00bbFriday the 13th\u00ab<\/b>), Tyler Mane<\/b> (\u00bbHalloween\u00ab<\/b>), Sean Whalen<\/b> (\u00bbMen In Black,\u00ab<\/b> \u00bbHalloween II\u00ab<\/b>), and Vernon Wells<\/b> (\u00bbMad Max 2,\u00ab<\/b> \u00bbCommando,\u00ab<\/b> \u00bbWeird Science\u00ab<\/b>). ‘Repentless’<\/b> was shot at the Sybil Brand Institute<\/b> in East Los Angeles<\/b> and has SLAYER <\/b>performing the song in the prison yard while a riot breaks out, blood flowing in abundance, inmates and prison guards brutally slaughtered.<\/div>\n

From the very first frame, ‘You Against You,’<\/b> the gore, the violence, the carnage begins and just never ends. While the second video in the trilogy, it is the prequel to ‘Repentless,’<\/b> telling the story of the circumstances that led to Wyatt<\/b>‘s erroneous arrest and imprisonment. SLAYER<\/b>‘s performance for ‘You Against You’<\/b> was shot\u00a0at a graveyard of jets, airliners and helicopters\u00a0in California’s Mojave Desert<\/b>. ‘You Against You’<\/b> premiered 3\/16\/16 and has accumulated more than 4.6 million YouTube views.<\/div>\n

The\u00a0\u00bbRepentless\u00ab<\/b> video trilogy was conceived and directed by BJ McDonnell<\/b> who directed the 2013 horror film \u00bbHatchett III.\u00ab<\/b> His rich resume\u00a0as a motion picture cameraman includes \u00bbJack Reacher,\u00ab<\/b> \u00bbTomorrowland\u00ab<\/b> and \u00bbThe Interview,\u00ab<\/b> and just wrapped filming for the upcoming \u00bbAnnabelle 2.\u00ab<\/b><\/div>\n

In September 2015, SLAYER <\/b>released \u00bbRepentless,\u00ab<\/b> the band’s 12th studio album, the first without founding member Jeff Hanneman<\/b> and first with producer Terry Date<\/b>, to widespread rave reviews and the highest chart debut of the band’s career. The band – Tom Araya<\/b> (vocals, bass), Kerry King<\/b> (guitars), Paul Bostaph<\/b> (drums) and EXODUS<\/b> \/ SLAYER <\/b>touring guitarist Gary Holt<\/b> – has toured near-non-stop since the album’s release, and heads out on the road starting September 9 with a seven-week North American trek. This fall, Dark Horse Comics<\/b> will publish a three-issue comic book series based on McDonnell<\/b>‘s original concept for the\u00a0\u00bbRepentless\u00ab<\/b> video trilogy and written by Jon Schnepp<\/b>. In addition, October will see the release of SLAYER<\/b>‘s “Cradle To Grave” BMX Bikes\/Subrosa four-bike collection. Comprised of the SLAYER Balance<\/b>, SLAYER 20<\/b>, SLAYER 26<\/b> and the SLAYER Urban Terrain Bike<\/b>, all are intended for BMX riders to “use and abuse.”<\/div>\n
