Before the release on 23 september of Vader’s 11th studio album called “The Empire” the band releases this EP.\u00a0With one cover song of a band we all know and a song of singer Piotrs project Panzer X in Polish language there are only 2 new Vader songs. Well, I have to say that I can hear by the vocals that this is Vader, but I can’t say that both new tracks are really death metal. The new songs have a lot of thrash elements and if you call Legion of the Damned and early Sepultura not death metal, then the new songs of Vader aren’t either.<\/p>\n

Just raw thrash with aggressive vocals on high speed.\u00a0Being a thrash\u00a0fan, I sure like this more thrash rooted style the band has chosen. If the new album is full of this kind of songs it will be a hell of a thrash attack. The third track is slower and more groovy and of course the last\u00a0song needs no introduction. Vader\u00a0plays a nice version of this classic and it will sure\u00a0make the crowd move playing it live. For fans that can’t wait until september, a nice nookie.<\/p>\n
