ROTTING CHRIST unveils new track “The Raven”

The Power of Metal.dk webzine proudly presents the exclusive track premiere ‘The Raven’ taken from the forthcoming new Rotting Christ, ‘The Heretics’ (out Feb 15th 2019).

“I can proudly present to you the third song taken from our upcoming album ‘The Heretics’. ‘The Raven’ represents the epilogue of the album, and as we always used to do, our most atmospheric and melodic creation. A tribute to one of the most literary critic writer in America; Edgar Alan Poe and more specifically to his poem ‘The Raven’ that, together with all the rest of the big heretics during the history of time, made us create our last opus. Enjoy the majestic trip of ‘The Raven’ and see you soon on our heretical path!’

Now, with the new offering ‘The Heretics’, ROTTING CHRIST are opening a brand new chapter. With confidence and skills derived from experience, each song represents its own sonic universe. Guitarist and vocalist Sakis Tolis in collaboration with his brother Themis on drums achieve a perfect balance of amalgamating their classic and unique style of riffing and rhythm with exciting new elements sprinkled in to keep their material exciting and fresh. The experienced is enhanced by Jens Bogren’s equally clear and transparent yet also massive as well as sombre mix and mastering at his widely renowned Fascination Street Studios (AMORPHIS, BORKNAGAR, MOONSPELL, DEVIN TOWNSEND, and many more).

‘The Heretics’ marks another step in the evolution of the Greek masters. Buckle up for a fascinating musical ride through the woes of religious wars, Zoroastrianism and the eternal war between good and evil. Metal at its best!

Chris Violence sign with Naqada Music Management!

The American thrash metal singer Chris Violence signed a PR deal with Naqada Music promoting for his upcoming releases. The American Thrash Metal vocalist originally from Hollywood, California USA who fronted the Thrash Metal band Cessation of Life (1995 – 2012), releasing multiple albums and extensive touring over the bands long career. Chris Violence released his debut solo full-length album, American Ripper in 2014, and later the single Push Button Pain in 2016.In 2017, released a 24-minute-long masterpiece, THE RAVEN, which is a thrash metal opera based on the iconic author Edgar Allen Poe’s The Raven. Recently, he is working on a new single “In Speed We Trust” which song and artwork details will be revealed very soon.
